This Mother’s Day, we’re heading to the beach.
We’re celebrating motherhood beachside, in styles that empower, flatter, and inspire. After all, there’s no better way to celebrate the love between a mother and daughter than by wearing your hearts on your sleeves or, in this case, your swimsuits!
This year, we joined friends of the brand, Bohannah Gerritsen, Shannon Lawson, and Lindy Klim at their local beaches, sharing sun-soaked moments and heartfelt reflections on motherhood.
What advice would you give to mums who feel nervous about getting back into swimwear after kids?
Be gentle with yourself. Your body has done something extraordinary—it’s grown and nurtured life. That deserves to be honoured, not hidden. Stepping back into swimwear isn’t about looking the same as before, it’s about reclaiming joy, presence, and freedom. Your kids won’t remember what you looked like in a bikini, but they’ll remember that you jumped in, laughed loud, and made memories with them.

What is your go-to swimsuit style for both comfort and confidence?
I will always reach for a triangle top and high waist bottom. I love swimwear that I can easily wear under my outfit and there’s something about a simple two-piece that makes me feel so comfortable. Or maybe it reminds me of my teenage years, ha! Either way, it’ll always be my go-to.

What do you love most about being a mother?
The unconditional love I feel while watching my children grow into wonderful individuals is truly priceless.
